Book Mark to Speak / Membership
The Enrollment Room · monthly membership
Conference energy fades by Thursday. The Enrollment Room is where childcare owners and directors bring their real numbers every month, pick one thing to build, and come back and show what it did.
Why a room and not a course
A ratio breaks at 7am and marketing moves to next week again. Another course sitting unwatched in a tab does not fix that. A standing appointment with people doing the same work does.
What is inside
Built around the way a center actually runs, not the way a marketing agency wishes it ran.
Ninety minutes with Mark. Half teaching, half building on screen with a member center as the example.
Tour reminders, waitlist nurtures, re engagement for cold inquiries. Copy them in and change the center name.
Website copy, tour scripts, open house invites, and parent emails written for early childhood programs.
A structured look at where inquiries enter, where they stall, and which step is costing the most families.
A quiet, private space to post a question at 9pm and get an answer from directors who have been there.
Twice a month, drop in with the thing you are stuck on and leave with it working.

Questions
Ninety minutes for the live session, plus whatever the assigned build needs. Most are sized for one hour. Everything is recorded, so a rough week does not put you behind.
No. Mark builds on screen and hands over the template. If you can update your own website text, you can keep up.
Yes. Most of what gets built inside the room is software agnostic, and the walkthroughs cover the platforms childcare centers use most.
On the Solo and Center plans the seat is for one person. Multi site includes up to five seats, which is usually the whole leadership team.
Cancel from your account page and the next payment stops. No call, no retention script.
